Hyderabad, Telangana, India, July 2025 – Sagarika M has been appointed as Assistant Vice President Human Resources at MedRisk, a prominent managed care organization in the field of physical rehabilitation and medical bill review for the casualty claims industry. In her new role, Sagarika will lead strategic HR initiatives and contribute to organizational excellence through her strong expertise in HR strategy, compensation management, and people development.
Prior to this, Sagarika worked at CEIPAL Corp. for over two and a half years, most recently serving as Director and earlier as Assistant Vice President Human Resources. Her tenure at CEIPAL was marked by impactful contributions in HR strategy, talent optimization, and organizational development across the India office.
Before joining CEIPAL, Sagarika spent more than nine years at Conduent, where she played a critical role as HR Manager, overseeing compensation planning, employee engagement, and performance management initiatives across a large employee base.
Earlier in her career, she served as Employee Resource Manager at Genpact, where she was responsible for driving employee engagement, onboarding, retention strategies, and performance appraisal processes for over 200 professionals in the Greater Hyderabad Area.
Sagarika began her career with a distinguished tenure in the Indian Army as a Company Commander, where she led structured administrative and communication operations and was responsible for the welfare, training, and management of over 1,000 personnel. Her military background adds a strong foundation of discipline, leadership, and operational excellence to her HR profile.
