Sai Kiran Amin Appointed as Vice President Human Resources at Station Satcom

Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, October 2025 – Station Satcom, a global leader in integrated remote communication solutions, has announced the appointment of Sai Kiran Amin as Vice President Human Resources. In this leadership role, Sai will oversee the organization’s HR strategy, talent development, and cultural transformation initiatives across its global operations spanning over 9 countries and 21 partner regions.

Sai Kiran Amin brings over two decades of extensive HR leadership experience across industries such as technology, telecommunications, financial services, and manufacturing. His career has been marked by designing and executing people-centric strategies that strengthen organizational capability, foster engagement, and enable scalable business growth.

Prior to joining Station Satcom, Sai served as Vice President Human Resources at SBI Payment Services Pvt. Ltd., where he played a pivotal role in enhancing employee engagement, leadership development, and HR analytics for a high-performance culture within the digital payments ecosystem.

Before that, Sai spent nearly five years at Mswipe Technologies Pvt. Ltd., one of India’s leading digital payments companies, where he rose through multiple leadership roles to become Group Chief Human Resources Officer. He led transformative HR initiatives, redefined the organization’s talent architecture, and strengthened learning and performance systems to align with rapid business growth.

Earlier, Sai was associated with Epicenter Technologies Pvt. Ltd., where he spearheaded human resources and learning & development functions. He drove organizational restructuring, improved engagement scores from 83% to 91%, and implemented leadership and talent programs that significantly enhanced managerial capability.

Before entering the technology and services domain, Sai held senior HR roles at Apar Lubricants Ltd. and Master Group (Prudential Shipping), where he established HR frameworks, governance models, and talent pipelines to support diversified business operations. His early experience includes talent leadership at Adlabs Films Ltd., Unisource Worldwide, and corporate roles in Al-Futtaim and Key Information Technology LLC in Dubai, where he built expertise in people management, corporate training, and business development.

With a PGDBM in Human Resources Management and Services from Welingkar Institute of Management, Sai has consistently demonstrated his ability to align HR strategy with business vision, drive organizational transformation, and cultivate workplaces that prioritize engagement and innovation.

Prior to joining Apollo, Matt was Chief Talent Officer at BlackRock as well as a member of the Operating Committee. Matt holds a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the boards of the Lumina Foundation, the Aspen Institute’s Business and Society program, the Milken Institute’s Inclusive Capitalism initiative, and Georgetown University’s initiative on AI, Analytics, and the Future of Work. He is the co-author of numerous Harvard Business School case studies and articles on leadership. Matt has been recognized as a Top Global CHRO multiple times by n2Growth and Stanford Business School.
