Gautam Sawhney Appointed Chief Customer Experience Officer at Sobha Realty

Dubai, United Arab Emirates — September 2025 — Gautam Sawhney has taken on a newly created role as Chief Customer Experience Officer at Sobha Realty. In this mandate, he will lead end-to-end initiatives to elevate client engagement, embed a data-driven customer-first operating model, and deliver exceptional experiences across Sobha’s luxury projects and post-handover ecosystems.

At Sobha Realty, Gautam has been associated for more than two years. Prior to taking on his new role, he served as Head of CRM, where he was responsible for managing a large customer base, leading a team of CX professionals, and driving digital transformation initiatives. His contributions played a vital role in positioning customer experience at the core of the business.

Before joining Sobha Realty, Gautam was with M3M India Private Limited as Assistant Vice President – CRM, where he oversaw customer engagement across thousands of units and led key teams dedicated to enhancing satisfaction levels. He played an instrumental role in strengthening customer touchpoints and improving loyalty outcomes.

Earlier, at Godrej Properties Limited, Gautam served as Head of Customer Centricity – North, where he led customer experience strategies, collections, and retention efforts across the region. He was recognized for his leadership and customer-first approach, driving performance and building award-winning customer engagement practices.

He also worked with Emaar MGF Land Ltd. as Senior General Manager – Customer Service, where he directed customer service operations across Delhi/NCR, ensuring improved processes, client engagement, and service delivery excellence.

In addition to these roles, Gautam has held leadership positions at Indiabulls Financial Services Ltd. and Citigroup Global Services Ltd., where he managed large teams and portfolios in the financial services sector. He began his career with PepsiCo Restaurants International and Odin Computers India Limited, gaining early experience in customer service and sales.
