Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, September 2025 – Shrikanth Kamblii has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer – Construction at Oberoi Realty, a pivotal role in which he will lead construction execution, process enhancement, and excellence initiatives across the real estate giant’s luxury portfolio.

Before joining Oberoi Realty, Shrikanth Kamblii spent nearly 11 years at Lodha Group, where he rose through the ranks to become Chief Operating Officer (Townships, Mid-Income & Affordable Housing). In this role, he successfully managed large-scale township developments such as Upper Thane and Lodha Splendora, overseeing more than 260 lakh square feet of construction across multiple residential towers, clubhouses, and sports infrastructure. His leadership was instrumental in ensuring timely delivery with high quality, achieved through micro-planning, team motivation, and precise execution.
Prior to Lodha Group, Shrikanth served as Vice President – Projects at Phoenix Marketcity Kurla for over 3 years, where he led a 16.5 lakh sqft mixed-use development and supported retail expansions in Kurla, Pune, and HSP Mall. He also led high-end residential developments in Pune’s Viman Nagar area. His responsibilities spanned both new constructions and renovations of luxury retail spaces.
Earlier in his career, he worked as Head of Projects at Panoramic Universal Limited, where he handled a portfolio of 17 upcoming hotel projects across India in coordination with national and international architects. In addition to leading design and execution, he also supervised maintenance of operational hotels in India and the USA.
With over two decades of experience, Shrikanth brings a wealth of operational, technical, and executional expertise in residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use real estate projects. His deep functional knowledge and ability to deliver scale and quality across project lifecycles have positioned him as a respected leader in India’s real estate sector.
