Prior to joining Finx Learning, Harpreet held multiple national leadership roles at YES BANK, including National Credit Manager – MIB & Agri Commodity and President & Credit Head – MIB (Business Banking). In these positions, he led nationwide portfolios with a sharp focus on portfolio quality, credit underwriting frameworks, and digital innovation in lending. His contributions to risk governance and operational efficiency earned him several accolades and internal recognitions.
Earlier in his career, Harpreet served in key credit and leadership roles at Tata Capital, Dhanlaxmi Bank Limited, and ICICI Bank, where he built a robust foundation in structured finance and portfolio management across large corporate, SME, and retail segments. He has consistently driven strategic transformation, improved risk processes, and mentored high-performing teams across North and East India.
A respected voice in the industry, Harpreet is a LinkedIn Top Mentoring Voice and was recently recognized as one of the Most Influencing Leaders (2023–24) by CXO Incubator Inc.
