Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, May 2025 — Adaps has announced the appointment of Saikiran Ramaraju as Vice President, Service Delivery, a role that places him at the helm of the company’s global delivery operations. With over two decades of experience in IT services and digital transformation, Saikiran steps into this leadership role to spearhead Adaps’ expanding Digital and Quality Engineering Services portfolio.

Prior to joining Adaps, Saikiran held several senior roles at Cigniti Technologies, culminating as Senior Director. During his 10-year tenure, he played a key role in managing global delivery programs, scaling operations across ANZ, South Africa, and India, and contributing to strategic business development. His responsibilities spanned business transformation initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and client satisfaction, reinforcing his capabilities in global program leadership.

Earlier, Saikiran was Associate Manager at AppLabs, a CSC company, where he led critical delivery engagements, overseeing cross-functional teams and ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards. Over his 7-year stint, he developed a deep understanding of enterprise delivery models and governance frameworks.

He also held managerial roles at DSPL, where he was instrumental in delivering support services across diverse verticals, including medical, real estate, CAD, and financial accounting. His contributions in client services and sales laid the foundation for his client-centric approach and operational agility.

At Adaps, Saikiran’s leadership is expected to strengthen delivery excellence, enhance client value, and drive innovation across global engagements.
