Nashville, Tennessee, United States, May 2026 — Sally A. Erickson has started a new position as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at SVP Worldwide, bringing decades of global finance leadership experience across manufacturing, consumer products, and large-scale operations.
In her new role, Sally will lead the company’s financial strategy and operations, supporting SVP Worldwide’s continued global growth and its mission to inspire makers across the world through innovation and customer-centric solutions.
Sally A. Erickson joins SVP Worldwide after serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Corsicana Mattress Company, where she played a key role in strengthening financial performance and operational efficiency across the organization.
Prior to this, she spent over six years at Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC, where she served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller, Assistant Secretary, and Treasurer, leading enterprise-wide financial reporting, internal controls, and strategic business support. She also held leadership responsibilities as President at Serta, demonstrating her ability to operate at the intersection of finance and business leadership.
Earlier in her career, Sally served as Chief Financial Officer at Ready Pac Foods, Inc., where she oversaw financial planning, treasury, compliance, and M&A initiatives, contributing to the company’s growth and operational discipline.
She also built a long and impactful career at Sealy, where she held multiple senior finance leadership roles over nearly two decades, managing global financial operations, driving cost optimization initiatives, and supporting international expansion strategies.
Sally A. Erickson holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Capital University.
