Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States, January 2025 — Sally Johnson has been appointed as the Chief People Officer at InduPro, bringing extensive leadership experience in human resources and organizational development to the company. In her new role, she will focus on shaping people strategies and enhancing talent management to support the company’s growth and innovation.
Prior to joining InduPro, Sally Johnson served as the Chief People Officer at Ribon Therapeutics for approximately one and a half years, where she played a pivotal role in strengthening the organization’s HR frameworks and talent development strategies.

Before that, she was the Chief People Officer at Odyssey Therapeutics for nearly six months, focusing on leadership alignment and talent management strategies.
Johnson also held multiple senior roles at Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research (NIBR), where she worked for over seven years. During her tenure, she served as Global Lead, People Engagement & Operations, HR Executive Director, and HR Director, leading global HR transformation initiatives and workforce optimization strategies.
Her earlier experience includes working as Global HR Business Partner at EMD Millipore, and as a Senior HR Consultant at Mercer. Johnson also held HR roles at Liberty Mutual Insurance and Arthur Andersen in London, showcasing a diverse global HR leadership background.
