Tampa, Florida, United States, October 2025 — Samantha Lisi has been appointed as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Surgically Clean Air, a global leader in premium air purification systems trusted by healthcare providers, educators, and professionals worldwide. In her new role, Samantha will lead the company’s global sales, marketing, and revenue operations, driving strategic growth initiatives and strengthening customer engagement across markets. She will also oversee competitive market analysis, product alignment with customer needs, and collaborative revenue planning with the finance and product management teams.
Before joining Surgically Clean Air, Samantha served as Vice President, Commercial Sales at Karndean Designflooring, where she led national sales operations, strategic planning, and market expansion across commercial flooring segments. She played a pivotal role in revenue growth, team enablement, and driving customer-centric strategies across North America.
Prior to Karndean, Samantha was Executive Vice President of Sales at Matter Surfaces, where she led sales performance across the U.S. and Canada. Earlier, as Vice President, East Region at Armstrong Flooring, Inc., she managed one of North America’s largest sales territories, developing go-to-market strategies and leading cross-functional teams to achieve sustained revenue growth.
Earlier in her career, Samantha spent over 15 years with Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc., where she held progressive leadership roles culminating as Senior Enterprise Manager. She successfully led a multi-billion-dollar sales organization, forecasting revenue, managing national accounts, and mentoring teams that consistently exceeded performance goals.
