In this strategic leadership role, Samantha will oversee global customer success, service delivery, and client engagement, guiding MCO’s mission to simplify and elevate compliance management for financial institutions worldwide.
Samantha Murphy brings an illustrious career spanning over two decades in customer success, client operations, and technology leadership across the cybersecurity, SaaS, and compliance sectors.
Before joining MCO, Samantha served as Senior Vice President of Global Customer Success at BitSight, where she led customer retention, success strategy, and operational excellence for clients across North America, EMEA, and APAC. During her tenure, she also took on the role of Acting Vice President of Sales, APAC, driving business expansion in Asia and strengthening global revenue streams through innovative customer engagement programs.
Previously, Samantha was Vice President of Global Client Success at RiskRecon (acquired by MasterCard), where she played a pivotal role in scaling customer success frameworks post-acquisition and fostering risk intelligence adoption among global financial institutions. Her experience at Digital Shadows as Vice President of Global Client Success further sharpened her ability to lead global teams managing high-stakes digital risk and cybersecurity solutions.
Samantha’s earlier leadership journey includes senior roles at Sage, CMO Software (acquired by Mitratech), and a remarkable nine-year tenure at Trend Micro, where she served as Senior Director of Global Enablement and Senior Director of Technical Support, EMEA. Her contributions to Trend Micro’s global training, enablement, and client success initiatives earned her multiple accolades, including “Manager of the Year” and “Team of the Year” awards. She began her career at McAfee (Network Associates) and Dr Solomon’s Software, where she honed her expertise in customer experience and enterprise-level technical support.
