Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, September 2024 – Sameer Rajpal has been appointed as the Head of Human Resources at HealthAsyst, a leading provider of IT services for healthcare technology companies. In his new role, Sameer will oversee the company’s HR functions, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives and driving employee engagement, development, and retention across the organization.
Before joining HealthAsyst, Sameer served as General Manager – Human Capital at Bert Labs for a year and three months, where he was responsible for leading organizational development, HR strategy, and employee engagement initiatives. He demonstrated expertise in talent management, performance improvement, and strategic thinking, which helped streamline HR processes and enhance overall business performance.
Prior to Bert Labs, Sameer worked as a Consultant for Competencies, Careers, and Assessments at Reliance Industries Limited. During this period, he led projects focused on competency framework standardization, career development strategies, and assessment frameworks for large-scale HR transformation initiatives.
Sameer also held the position of Chief People Officer at Kotak Education Foundation, where he oversaw HR operations for four years. He played a pivotal role in defining the organization’s succession planning, values, and employee engagement programs, while also leading the implementation of an HRMS solution to streamline HR processes.
Earlier in his career, Sameer was Head of Human Resources Development at Simplified IT Solutions, where he managed the entire employee life cycle and aligned HR with business goals to drive organizational development and talent management.
