Gurugram, Haryana, India, April 2025 – Sandeep Singh has taken on the role of Chief Executive Officer at Trillionloans, an RBI-registered NBFC and a BharatPe Group company. In this new position, he will lead the digital-first financial services platform with a vision to democratize credit access for SMEs and consumers across India through data-driven, tech-enabled lending.
Sandeep brings over six years of leadership experience at Aditya Birla Capital, where he most recently served as Business Head – Digital Lending. In this zero-to-one role, he built and scaled new lending segments such as personal, education, healthcare, BNPL, and MSME finance, establishing a strong digital foothold in high-growth sectors.
Before that, he was Head of Products and Strategy for Retail Lending at Aditya Birla Finance, overseeing a portfolio of ~INR 6,000 Cr. His strategic initiatives included launching new small-ticket segments, expanding distribution from 20 to 150 cities, and implementing a digital LOS with over 50 API integrations.
Previously, Sandeep was DVP & Head of Customer Service and Customer Advocacy at Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance, where he rolled out industry-first digital servicing models including WhatsApp-based service and AI chatbots. He also led NPS-driven transformation and launched integrated contact center and CRM systems across the group.
Earlier in his career, he served as AGM, Strategic Projects & EA to the MD & CEO at Grasim Industries, contributing to global transformation initiatives across the textile sector. He started his corporate journey through the Aditya Birla Group Leadership Program, gaining cross-sector experience across telecom, retail, and insurance. His early career included roles at Nestlé as a Summer Intern and IBM as a Staff Software Engineer.
Sandeep holds an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur and has completed the LEAD Advanced Management Program at IIM Calcutta.
