Gurugram, Haryana, India – November 2024 – Aparna Bedi has taken on a pivotal role as Director APAC – Executive Search & Talent Sourcing at Boston Consulting Group (BCG). In her new position, Aparna will lead BCG’s Executive Search and Talent Sourcing team across the Asia-Pacific region, focusing on top-tier talent acquisition across countries such as India, South East Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Greater China, Japan, and South Korea.
Prior to joining BCG, Aparna was with Odgers Berndtson for nearly five years, serving as Consultant & Co-Lead – Executive Search. She managed the complete lifecycle of executive search engagements, from business development to client delivery, collaborating closely with CXOs across sectors including consumer products, retail, and technology.
Before Odgers Berndtson, Aparna worked as a Consultant at Amrop India, where she was instrumental in leading leadership mandates across functions for clients in sectors like FMCG, telecom, and infrastructure. Her role also included advisory on organizational structure for clients in India and global markets.
At EMA Partners, Aparna held the role of Senior Consultant – Technology (Consumer Tech), working on executive searches for tech-led consumer businesses, including e-commerce, fintech, and health-tech. She collaborated with founders and stakeholders in building executive teams in rapidly growing startup sectors.
Earlier in her career, Aparna gained experience with Korn Ferry, Michael Page, and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where she developed her expertise in executive search, recruitment consulting, and program management.
