With more than 20 years of experience across human resources operations, HR technology, talent acquisition, workforce planning, recruitment strategy, and organizational effectiveness, Sandra C. Sauers has built a strong reputation for delivering operational excellence and leading HR transformation initiatives across multiple industries.
Sandra has been with QEP Co., Inc. for over five years, steadily progressing through a series of leadership roles. She joined the company in 2021 as HRIS Manager, where she led human resources systems and technology initiatives that enhanced operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making. In 2023, she was promoted to Director, Human Resources, taking on broader responsibility for HR leadership, organizational processes, and employee operations. Her latest elevation to Senior Director, Human Resources Operations reflects her continued impact in strengthening the company’s people function and supporting its evolving business priorities.
Prior to joining QEP Co., Sandra spent more than five years with Bluegreen Vacations, serving in progressively responsible roles including Human Resources Information Systems Analyst, Human Resources Manager – Retail Marketing, and Manager, Talent Acquisition – Retail Marketing. During this period, she gained extensive expertise in HR operations, talent acquisition, workforce planning, recruitment strategy, and HR systems while supporting large-scale retail and corporate teams.
Earlier in her career, Sandra spent over eight years with Office Depot, Inc., where she led strategic recruitment and contingent workforce programs as Manager, Staffing/Contingent Workforce and Programs Manager, Strategic Recruitment. She also served as Senior On-Premise Manager with Ultimate Staffing, supporting Tyco, Inc., where she developed deep expertise in staffing operations, workforce management, and client partnership.
