With more than 30 years of experience in enterprise software, business management, customer success, and digital transformation, Tarun Nandwani has played a pivotal role in Newgen Software’s growth journey. Prior to his elevation, he served as Chief Operating Officer, where he was responsible for driving the company’s overall growth, customer success, expansion across industries and geographies, and enabling new product development. His leadership encompassed customer relationship management, commercial strategy, complex problem-solving, business analytics, and fostering long-term customer partnerships that strengthened Newgen’s global market presence.
Before becoming Chief Operating Officer, Nandwani served as Senior Vice President – Business Management, leading customer relationship management, commercial operations, new solution development, and application innovation while ensuring seamless implementations and continuous product enhancement. Earlier in his career, he held the position of Vice President at Newgen Software Technologies Limited, where he spent 15 years building deep expertise across business operations, enterprise solutions, and customer engagement. His long-standing association with Newgen has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the company’s technology, customers, and strategic direction, positioning him well to lead its next phase of global growth.
Complementing his extensive industry experience, Nandwani holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Engineering from the Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology (NSIT). His combination of technical knowledge, business acumen, and customer-centric leadership has been instrumental in driving innovation and delivering value to enterprises embracing digital transformation.
