Gothenburg, Västra Götaland County, Sweden, April 2025 – Sandra Ridell has taken on a new role as Vice President Human Resources, Global Commercial, Functions and Europe and HR Strategy at Nouryon, marking a strategic elevation in her HR leadership within the company. In this expanded role, she will lead global HR strategy and operations across commercial functions and regional business units, with a focus on advancing people and culture initiatives across Europe.
Sandra brings with her over three years of leadership experience at Nouryon, where she most recently served as Vice President HR Global Commercial & Nordics, and before that as HR Director for Technology Solutions & Nordics. She has played a key role in integrating HR strategies with business transformation, people development, and employer branding in the region.
Before joining Nouryon, Sandra served as HR Director and CEO at InfraCom Smart Digital Solutions, and spent three impactful years at AstraZeneca as HR Director/Global HR Business Partner R&D Innovative Medicines. Her earlier experiences include HR leadership roles at Staples, Mölnlycke Health Care, and AstraZeneca, where she contributed significantly to talent development and regional HR transformation initiatives.
