Sanjay’s journey at TP-Link began in 2015 when he joined as Vice President – SMB & Telecom. Over the years, he ascended through senior leadership roles, including Senior Vice President, and most recently served as Director & COO. In these capacities, he was instrumental in TP-Link’s consistent growth in the consumer and small business networking segments, particularly in Wi-Fi infrastructure and smart networking solutions. His strategic direction helped cement TP-Link’s reputation as a leading player in the Indian networking market.

Prior to joining TP-Link, Sanjay held senior leadership roles at D-Link India Limited, where he served as Vice President – Sales and Enterprise Business, overseeing large-scale growth initiatives. He also worked at Cyberoam as AVP – Sales, and at CommScope, where he managed sales for the Central India region as Regional Manager. His early experience at D-Link India Ltd in the 2000s, where he began as Senior Manager – Channels (West), helped lay a strong foundation in network distribution and channel strategy.

At TP-Link India, Sanjay will now spearhead the company’s aggressive expansion across enterprise infrastructure and IoT domains while sustaining its dominance in the consumer Wi-Fi market. His appointment marks a significant milestone, reinforcing TP-Link’s vision to localize leadership and accelerate innovation-led growth in one of its most important markets.
