With an illustrious career spanning over 28 years in the FMCG and pharmaceutical industries, Sanjay brings deep cross-functional expertise in supply chain management, operations, and organizational leadership to his new role.
Having served as Head of Global Operations at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories for more than eight years, Sanjay has been instrumental in transforming the company’s global formulations and API portfolio. He successfully led initiatives that enhanced operational excellence, strengthened manufacturing capabilities, and optimized supply chain efficiencies across international markets. His transition to the HR leadership role underscores Dr. Reddy’s strategic focus on integrating business, operations, and people strategies to build a future-ready organization.
Prior to joining Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Sanjay held several leadership positions across Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, The Coca-Cola Company, and United Breweries Limited. As Executive Director – Integrated Supply Chain for India and South West Asia at The Coca-Cola Company’s Bottling Investment Group, he led one of the region’s largest supply chain networks, overseeing production, logistics, and engineering operations across multiple markets. Earlier in his career, as National Head of Engineering at United Breweries Limited, he developed core capabilities in engineering excellence and operational efficiency that continue to influence his leadership approach.
