Gurgaon, Haryana, India, February 2025 – Paisabazaar, a leading credit distribution platform under PB Fintech, has announced the appointment of Santosh Agarwal as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). She steps into the role following the transition of Naveen Kukreja, who has moved to PB Fintech Limited as Group President while continuing as a non-executive director on the Paisabazaar board. Kukreja will continue to contribute to the company’s strategic direction and growth initiatives.
Under Santosh Agarwal’s leadership, Paisabazaar is set to expand its offerings beyond credit products, venturing into savings and pension services. This strategic shift comes as the company adapts to changes in the unsecured lending sector. Additionally, the finance division is undergoing leadership changes, with Neeraj Tripathi stepping in as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) following Vivek Audichya’s transition to Policybazaar. These moves underscore PB Fintech’s commitment to strengthening its leadership team and driving future growth.
Santosh Agarwal has been an integral part of Policybazaar for over 13 years, most recently serving as Chief Business Officer – Life Insurance. In this role, she led business strategy, customer engagement, and digital transformation initiatives for the insurance segment.
She previously held multiple leadership positions within Policybazaar, including Director, Associate Director – Cluster Head (Life Insurance), and Business Unit Head – Life Insurance. Throughout her tenure, she played a pivotal role in expanding Policybazaar’s footprint in the insurance market and strengthening key account partnerships.
Before joining Policybazaar, she worked as Corporate Manager at Asian Business Exhibition & Conferences Ltd, where she gained experience in corporate partnerships and business development.
