Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, October 2024 – Santosh D’souza has started his new role as Director, Talent Solutions at LinkedIn, where he will lead the South Talent Solutions business. In this role, Santosh will oversee a team of 45 people, including five front-line managers, and will be responsible for customer acquisition and retention across South India, Sri Lanka, and the Maldives. His primary focus will be on expanding LinkedIn’s Corporate & Staffing verticals across both Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.
Prior to this new role, Santosh served as Head of Sales – Senior Manager, Talent Solutions at LinkedIn for over three years. During this time, he was responsible for driving LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions business across multiple sectors, including Corporate, Staffing, and Public. Santosh led a team of four managers and successfully grew customer acquisition and retention across several key regions.
Before that, Santosh held the position of Regional Business Head – Talent Solutions at LinkedIn. In this role, he managed a high-performing sales team responsible for new business acquisition and maintaining existing customer relationships. His leadership helped strengthen LinkedIn’s presence in the Talent Solutions space.
Earlier in his career, Santosh was Senior Enterprise Sales Manager at LinkedIn, where he worked with some of India’s largest enterprise companies, helping them leverage LinkedIn’s talent management and employer branding solutions. He consistently achieved outstanding results, hitting quota for 13 consecutive quarters.
Before joining LinkedIn, Santosh had various leadership roles in business development and sales, including stints at Nokia as Manager – Merchant Acquisition & Business Development, Times Internet as Chief Manager – Ecommerce, and Mobile2win as Manager – Licensing and Syndication.
