Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States, December 2025 — Sara Schlipp-Riedel has started a new position as Vice President Human Resources at Accordant Company, LLC, marking a significant leadership milestone in her extensive people, talent, and organizational effectiveness career. In this role, she will lead the company’s human resources strategy, focusing on people growth, organizational effectiveness, and alignment between business, people, and technology.
In her current journey at Accordant Company, LLC, Sara Schlipp-Riedel progressed into the role of Vice President Human Resources after serving as Human Resources Director, where she played a key role in strengthening HR foundations, people operations, and leadership capability across the organization.
Alongside her corporate leadership role, she has been the Principal Consultant at Leora Leadership Consulting LLC, where she continues to advise organizations on leadership development, executive coaching, change management, employee engagement, compensation strategy, succession planning, and organizational excellence.
Previously, Sara worked with Inspire11 as an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant, supporting businesses with workforce strategy, leadership development, employee value proposition design, and large-scale change initiatives.
Her earlier experience also includes senior advisory and leadership roles with Xcel Energy, Censys, NorthRock Partners, and Leadership Vision Consulting, as well as nonprofit and higher-education leadership roles at Augsburg University and The Blake School, building a strong foundation across talent management, stakeholder engagement, and organizational strategy.
