Pune, Maharashtra, India, April 2026 — Sarabjeet Singh has joined Litmos as Director – India Operations, marking an important milestone in his leadership journey across people, culture, HR strategy, and site leadership. His appointment comes at a time when Litmos continues to power learning for leading companies worldwide, serving more than 30 million users across 150 countries and 37 languages. For Sarabjeet Singh, this move represents not just a new role, but an opportunity to build something meaningful.
Before joining Litmos, Sarabjeet Singh served as Sr. Director HR and India Head – People & Culture at OpenGov Inc. Prior to that, he spent nearly four years with Helpshift, where he held roles including Global Head of People, Culture, and Helpshift India Site Lead, Global Head of People and Culture, and Director, Global People Business Partner. These assignments reflect a strong progression across people leadership, culture building, and India site management.
Earlier, he was associated with CloudMoyo as Associate Director – HR and Talent Acquisition and Senior Manager – HR. He also worked with GS Lab as Associate Manager HR – Talent Management, with Calsoft as Sr. Business Partner HR, and as an Independent Human Resources Consultant. In the earlier phase of his career, he was associated with Cross Country Healthcare as Sr. Human Resource Associate and with Infosys as Senior HRBP. Together, these roles reflect a long and accomplished leadership journey across HR strategy, talent management, organizational development, and people operations.
With experience spanning Litmos, OpenGov Inc., Helpshift, CloudMoyo, GS Lab, Calsoft, Cross Country Healthcare, and Infosys, Sarabjeet Singh brings a strong and well-rounded leadership profile to his new role. His appointment as Director – India Operations is expected to support Litmos as it continues to strengthen its growth, delivery, and operational capabilities in India.
