Sarah Brady has been appointed as the new Executive Director, Human Resource Business Partner at CVS Health. Brady, who has been with CVS Health for nearly 28 years, has risen through various roles demonstrating leadership and dedication in every position she has held within the company.
Starting her career at CVS Health in September 1996 as a Cosmetic Department Manager and Customer Service Supervisor, Brady quickly established herself as a pivotal part of the team. Over the years, she climbed the ranks, holding positions such as Store Manager from June 2006 to March 2010, where she honed her skills in retail management and customer service.
From April 2010 to March 2019, Brady excelled as a District Manager in Southern California, overseeing store operations and ensuring top-notch service delivery across numerous outlets. Her strategic prowess and dedication led her to the role of HR Business Partner, Senior Manager, where from August 2022 to April 2024, she partnered closely with Labor Relations and Store Managers in Pharmacy, streamlining operational support and enhancing workforce management.
In her new role as Executive Director, Brady will oversee strategic human resource initiatives that support CVS Health’s goals, focusing on developing and implementing HR strategies that enhance organizational performance and employee satisfaction across the company.
