Nashville, Tennessee, United States, August 2024 – Sarah Johnson has been promoted to Sr. Director, Service Excellence, People Services and Operations at Envision Healthcare, a significant elevation that reflects her continued dedication and contributions to the organization. In her new role, Sarah will oversee service excellence across people services and operations, ensuring that Envision Healthcare continues to lead in providing exceptional healthcare services.
Prior to this promotion, Sarah served as the Senior Director – People and Culture – Teammate Relations at Envision Healthcare, where she played a crucial role in shaping the company’s culture, leading teammate relations, and driving key HR initiatives over the past two and a half years.
Before that, she was the Director – People and Culture – Teammate Relations at Envision Healthcare, where she managed a wide range of HR functions, focusing on employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Sarah also held the position of Human Resources Manager at Envision Physician Services, where she gained deep experience in HR management, including employee relations, leave management, and compliance, contributing to the organization’s success for nearly two years.
Earlier in her career, Sarah served as the Human Resources Manager at Youth and Family Alternatives, Inc., where she was responsible for overseeing HR operations, ensuring legal compliance, and managing employee relations.
Sarah’s extensive experience also includes roles at EmCare, Lowe’s Home Improvement, Sears Holdings Corporation, and SonPro Landscaping, where she honed her skills in HR management, strategic planning, and employee engagement.
