The appointment follows her earlier roles at Argyll, where she has been closely involved in shaping the company’s people strategy and organisational evolution.
Prior to assuming her current role, Sarah Moulton served as People Director at Argyll, after earlier holding the position of Head of HR. Across these roles, she worked on strengthening employee engagement and supporting the organisation’s people agenda during a period of continued growth and transformation within the premium workspace sector.
Alongside her corporate role, she has been working as an Executive, Career & Life Coach with Pause & Reflect Coaching, a practice she has continued in parallel. With over 20 years as a qualified HR professional, including senior-level leadership experience in international corporate environments, her coaching work reflects a strong focus on insight-led change, personal growth, and leadership development.
Before joining Argyll, Sarah Moulton spent over five years at PureGym, where she held senior people leadership roles including Head of Talent, Progression & Growth and Head of HR. During her time there, she led talent and organisational design initiatives to support a high-growth business model, partnering closely with senior leaders on engagement, retention, and culture.
Earlier in her career, she held a series of HR and transformation-focused roles at organisations including Wickes, EDF Energy, Solstor (UK) Ltd, Citation Professional Solutions, Anchor Trust, mcch, and Sevenoaks District Council, building deep expertise across HR business partnering, change management, employee relations, and workforce planning.
