Prior to this, Sarah was the Human Resources Director at McKesson in London, where she managed HR strategies and operations for two years.
Sarah’s significant tenure at Gazprom Marketing & Trading included roles such as Head of HR Partnering, Senior HR Business Partner, and HR Generalist. She led strategic and operational HR initiatives across global locations and subsidiaries, covering trading and retail businesses. Earlier in her career, Sarah held positions in HR management and recruitment at Ventura and Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
