Prior to her tenure at CoverYou, Mathur served as an HR Business Partner at Tata 1mg, where she played a pivotal role in integrating HR functions and enhancing employee engagement across the organization. Before that, she was a Consultant HR Business Partner at InterGlobe Enterprises, focusing on strategic HR projects and initiatives that supported business objectives and workforce efficiency.
