Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, November 2025 — Sarvesh Bhadauria has started a new position as Head – Human Resources (India and South Asia) at Yokogawa India Limited, where he will lead the organisation’s people strategy across the region, strengthen talent capability, and drive HR transformation to support Yokogawa’s growth in the process automation and enterprise integration landscape.
Sarvesh steps into this leadership role following a remarkable 13.5-year career at Schneider Electric, most recently serving as Head of Human Resources – One Automation India. In this position, he shaped people practices for a critical business segment, driving organisation effectiveness, capability development and talent strategies. Prior to this, he led HR for Process Automation India, and earlier as HR Business Partner for Schneider Digital India, where he focused on identifying, selecting and retaining top talent, enhancing performance management, and fostering employee engagement, growth culture and cross-functional learning.
Before these roles, Sarvesh spent over five years as HR Business Partner for Schneider Electric’s Field Services Business, where he contributed to organisation-wide policies, talent planning, performance management and the execution of strategic HR initiatives. He also spent more than two years as Head – HR Shared Services, overseeing HR operations across India including Talent Acquisition, HRIS, HR Analytics, Payroll, HR Services and policy harmonisation during large-scale organisational mergers. His work also included strategic workforce planning, talent pool development, performance management and compensation governance.
Prior to Schneider Electric, Sarvesh held HR leadership roles at Areva T&D India Ltd, where he was recognised as Regional Winner in the prestigious All India Management Association’s National Contest for Young Managers. His experience further extends to Oberthur Card Systems (now IDEMIA), where he led HR for India, and contributed significantly to organisational development, change management, performance systems, succession planning, 360-degree feedback design, HRIS implementation and end-to-end talent acquisition.
Sarvesh’s foundational HR career began at Reliance Energy Limited, where he managed talent acquisition, contingent workforce operations, psychometric assessments and organisational redesign initiatives. He was also part of the core team collaborating with global consulting firm Mercer to revamp the HR systems at Reliance Energy, shaping the company’s transformation journey.
