With an extensive background spanning business development, key account management, enterprise sales, and new product implementation, Dixit has held leadership roles at Shadowfax, Xpressbees (BusyBees Logistics Solutions Pvt. Ltd.), DHL, DTDC Express Limited, and Snapdeal. In these roles, he successfully led go-to-market strategies, expanded client portfolios, and built high-performing teams that delivered sustained business growth across B2B and B2C markets.

Before rejoining Delhivery, Dixit served as Associate Director – Growth and Sales Strategy at Shadowfax, where he was instrumental in developing scalable sales models, strengthening enterprise partnerships, and expanding the company’s market presence. Prior to that, he led Business Development and Key Accounts at Xpressbees, driving cross-border sales and client retention strategies.

Earlier in his career, he held pivotal positions at DHL and DTDC Express Limited, where he spearheaded business expansion initiatives and customer engagement programs across North India. His early experience at Snapdeal in market development provided a strong foundation in vendor management, trade marketing, and digital sales enablement.

In his new role at Delhivery, Dixit will be responsible for driving strategic business growth, expanding enterprise partnerships, and leading key initiatives in sales transformation and product innovation—further reinforcing Delhivery’s leadership in India’s logistics and supply chain sector.
