Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, July 2025 — Saumya Srivastava has taken on the role of Head of Human Resources at Extrieve, bringing with her a wealth of experience in people operations, HR strategy, and organizational culture transformation. In her new position, Saumya will lead Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, Employee Motivation, Employee Relations, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and Performance Appraisal, while driving People-First initiatives and ensuring compliance through robust HR policies.
Before joining Extrieve, Saumya served as Head of Human Resources Department at RemoteState, where she led HR transformation, strengthened the organization’s DEI culture, and played a key role in coaching and mentoring employees during a period of growth and change. Her tenure of nearly three years helped cement RemoteState’s people-centric leadership ethos.
Prior to RemoteState, she held leadership roles at Ajeevi Digital, where she was Human Resources Manager for over two years. Here, she managed end-to-end HR operations and was instrumental in implementing HRIS systems and fostering a collaborative work environment.
She began her career as an HR Consultant with Spectrum Talent Management, gaining hands-on experience in HR solutions, recruitment strategy, and process optimization for clients across various industries.
Saumya holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource and Marketing from United Institute of Management, Allahabad, equipping her with a strong foundation in both people management and strategic business acumen.
