Gurgaon, Haryana, India, December 2025 – Saurabh Yadav has stepped into a new role as Global Service Delivery Leader – People Operations at Xerox, further elevating his long-standing impact in the domain of HR transformation, technology enablement, and operational excellence. In this global leadership role, he will spearhead enterprise-wide People Operations delivery, transformation, and governance across geographies with a strong emphasis on digitization, compliance, and employee experience.
Prior to this appointment, Saurabh Yadav served as People Operations Leader at Xerox, where he led People Ops for the APAC region. His contributions included the strategic restructuring of the People Ops organizational design, large-scale HR technology implementations (Oracle Core, Workday, Taleo, SuccessFactors), integration of generative AI, and transformation of service delivery models. His work was instrumental in modernizing Xerox’s HR operations in alignment with business priorities.
Before Xerox, Saurabh spent over seven years at TIAA, where he held progressive leadership roles, including Director – Human Resources and Associate Director – HR. His work in payroll, HRIS, regulatory compliance, and Workday implementation laid the foundation for scalable and globally integrated HR systems.
He also worked with Barclays Shared Services for nearly eight years, where he rose from Assistant Manager HR to Associate Vice President – HR. Here, he was deeply involved in stakeholder management, compliance, and operational excellence, managing large global HR operations.
Earlier in his career, Saurabh Yadav held HR roles at Reliance Life Insurance, Dell Perot Systems, and vCustomer, gaining hands-on experience in HR operations, employee relations, and stakeholder engagement. These early roles grounded him in practical HR skills and set the tone for his future leadership journey.
