Indianapolis, Indiana, United States, October 2024 – Scott Sutherland has been appointed as the new Regional Director of Human Resources at Trilogy Health Services, LLC. In his new role, Scott will oversee HR strategies across multiple regions, focusing on employee relations, leadership development, talent acquisition, and fostering a positive organizational culture.
Scott recently served as a Talent Development Consultant at Trilogy Health Services for over two years. During this time, he was instrumental in implementing employee training programs and talent development initiatives, driving overall leadership growth across the organization.
Before joining Trilogy, Scott worked at Grace Church in Indiana for six years, where he held the roles of Senior Director of Community Life and Senior Director of Children. In these positions, he led teams, enhanced employee engagement, and developed key leadership programs that fostered team cohesion and growth.
Prior to that, Scott was the Connections Director and Interim Student Ministries Pastor at BridgeWay Community Church for over a year. He specialized in building strong client relations, leadership development, and employee engagement strategies.
Scott’s earlier experience includes working with White Lodging Services as an Event Concierge Team Supervisor at JW Marriott Indianapolis. His focus on key client relationships and employee development helped improve the overall service experience.
