In his most recent role as Vice President of Sales, Americas at Aqua Security, Sean delivered strong regional performance, strengthened customer relationships and scaled high-impact sales teams across enterprise and strategic segments. His tenure contributed significantly to Aqua’s momentum in the Cloud Native Application Protection Platform space, expanding the company’s presence and accelerating adoption across the Americas.
Prior to joining Aqua Security, Sean spent nearly eight years at Splunk, where he held progressive leadership roles including Area Vice President, Strategic Accounts, Regional Sales Director, Strategic Accounts, and Regional Sales Manager. Across these positions, he consistently drove revenue growth in complex technology environments, deepened enterprise partnerships, led high-performing teams and strengthened Splunk’s footprint across major accounts.
Before Splunk, he built deep experience in enterprise sales leadership across global technology organizations. As Global Account Manager at BMC Software, Account Manager at CA Technologies, Account Manager at Oracle Corporation, and Account Manager at EMC, he developed strong customer-centric selling capabilities, navigated large-scale solution environments and contributed to sustained business expansion across multiple technology portfolios.
Earlier in his career, Sean played professional baseball with the San Francisco Giants and the Boston Red Sox, demonstrating performance discipline, resilience and a competitive mindset that continue to shape his leadership approach in the technology sector.
