Nesselwang, Bavaria, Germany, June 2024 – Endress+Hauser Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Sebastian Lesch as the new Head of Division Human Resources. With a rich background in human resources, learning and development, and organizational capability, Sebastian brings extensive expertise to his new role, where he will be instrumental in driving the HR strategy for the company.
Sebastian Lesch joins Endress+Hauser Group from tado°, where he served as Head of People & Culture for nearly 2 years. At tado°, he was responsible for managing people and culture initiatives, enhancing employee engagement, and driving organizational development.
Before that, Sebastian was at Lilium for approximately 3 years as the Head of Digital HR – Learning & Organisational Development, where he set up and developed the Lilium Academy, focusing on digital people experiences and managing the global people service team.
Sebastian also worked at GrandVision NV for nearly 4 years as the Head of Learning & Development at Apollo & Pearle (D-A), where he was part of the GrandVision Academy, running L&D across 40+ countries and providing frameworks, programs, and systems for all target groups. He also served as an interim manager for the sales indoor team and the stores & customer service center.
Prior to GrandVision NV, Sebastian held various roles at SBK Siemens-Betriebskrankenkasse for over 5 years, including Head of Organisational Development, Head of Learning & Development, and Leadership Development Manager. His responsibilities included overseeing organizational development initiatives, leading learning and development strategies, and managing leadership development programs.
Sebastian’s earlier career includes positions such as Senior Project & Office Manager at Dr. Thorsten Bosch AG, Leadership Coach & Consultant at Frank Schäfer Unternehmungsberatung, and Junior Human Resources Consultant at M8 Consulting, GlobalTeleSales, Kabel Deutschland.
