Gurugram, Haryana, India, November 2025 – eDAS – Eureka Digitisation and Automation Services has announced the appointment of Seema Verma as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). With over two decades of distinguished leadership in Technology Transformation, AI Innovation, and People-Centric Digital Enablement, Seema brings deep expertise in steering large-scale global transformations that bridge technology, people, and business outcomes.
In her new role, Seema will lead eDAS into its next growth phase by expanding its AI and digital transformation portfolio, strengthening client partnerships, and accelerating the company’s mission to deliver smart, human-centered automation solutions. Her leadership is expected to deepen eDAS’s position as a frontrunner in AI-driven automation and digital enablement across industries.
Before joining eDAS, Seema Verma served at the NatWest Group, where she led several high-impact digital and AI initiatives. As Director – Tech Transformation, Finance & Risk Solutions Technology, she spearheaded GenAI-led transformation programs, enabling intelligent automation and digitization across critical enterprise functions. She was instrumental in aligning technology roadmaps with business goals, fostering global collaboration, and driving agile transformation that enhanced data-driven decision-making.
Previously, she served as Head – Automation & Digitization Platform, Workday Extend and Talent Development at NatWest Group, where she directed a team of over 80 professionals, driving automation of key colleague journeys and implementing global platforms for HR and technology modernization. She founded the Technology Academy at NatWest to build digital and data competencies, enabling over 50,000 employees through agile workshops and learning programs.
Earlier, at Infogain India Pvt. Ltd., Seema held the position of Global Head – Technical Learning and Development, where she established global frameworks for talent capability building and agile transformation. She launched comprehensive digital skill programs, redesigned competency frameworks, and successfully ran graduate and campus hiring initiatives achieving 90% billability within the first year.
Her previous leadership roles at Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Mirash Infotech, and TATA’s Sanghi Brothers Pvt. Ltd. gave her a deep understanding of software engineering, IT strategy, and workforce enablement. Across these roles, Seema demonstrated her passion for integrating technology with human potential, creating scalable ecosystems of innovation and learning.
