London, England, United Kingdom, September 2025 — Selina Denman Chartered FCIPD has taken on the role of Senior Director – Senior People Experience Partner for JLL Technologies. Based in London, she will play a pivotal role in shaping people strategies and employee experiences to support JLL Technologies’ growth and transformation agenda across global markets.
Selina has been with JLL for nearly seven years, most recently serving as Senior Director – Global Senior People Partner for JLL Work Dynamics @Amazon GREF, where she partnered with global leadership to drive people strategies for Amazon’s real estate portfolio expansion. Prior to that, she was Senior Director – EMEA Senior HR Business Partner for JLL Work Dynamics @Amazon GREF, where she supported 600+ employees across 35 countries, delivering talent strategies, diversity and inclusion initiatives, succession planning, and enhanced employee experience.
Before joining JLL, Selina worked with CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) EMEA as Associate Director – HR Business Partner EMEA, providing strategic HR support during rapid business expansion and M&A activity. Earlier roles at CBRE included Senior HR Advisor and HR Advisor, where she played a key role in talent management, organizational change, and integration projects. She began her HR career at Burrows, where she gained broad exposure in HR advisory, recruitment, and employee relations, following earlier administrative experience at The Billericay School.
Recognized for her leadership, Selina was named Emerging HR Leader of the Year at the Personnel Today Awards in 2017 and has consistently championed diversity, talent development, and organizational culture throughout her career.
