New Delhi, India, October , 2025 — Serentica Renewables, a leading renewable energy provider in India, has announced the appointment of Anil Kumar Singh as Director – Operations. In this capacity, Anil will report to Akshay Hiranandani, Chief Executive Officer, and will be based out of the company’s Mumbai office.
Anil brings with him over 33 years of extensive experience across multiple sectors including ports, cement, petrochemicals, thermal power, electricity distribution, telecom, and renewables. He has previously held leadership positions at prominent organizations such as Tata Power, Tata Teleservices, and Tata Power Delhi Distribution, where he was instrumental in steering large-scale operational and technical initiatives.
Prior to joining Serentica, Anil served as Chief Project Officer at Adani Green Energy Limited, where he led asset management, operations, and project functions, contributing significantly to the company’s renewable energy projects and operational scale-up.
A veteran in infrastructure and operations, Anil has a strong track record in achieving operational excellence, optimizing processes, and executing large-scale infrastructure projects. His leadership is expected to play a key role in enhancing Serentica’s operational capabilities as the company accelerates its mission to provide reliable, round-the-clock green energy and support India’s industrial decarbonisation goals.

Anil holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Engineering from IIT Roorkee and an MBA in Finance from FMS, Delhi.
