Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, December 2025 — Shabarish Nair has started a new role as Account Director – Large Enterprise at Workday, where he will be responsible for driving strategic engagement with large enterprise customers in India. In this role, he will focus on building and expanding enterprise relationships while supporting organizations in their digital transformation journeys across finance and human resources.
In his current role at Workday, Shabarish Nair is focused on large enterprise accounts, supporting organizations in adopting cloud-based solutions for finance and human capital management. His appointment reflects Workday’s continued focus on strengthening its enterprise sales leadership in the Indian market.
Prior to joining Workday, Shabarish spent several years at Salesforce, where he held multiple leadership roles, including Account Director – Financial Services and Cloud Account Executive – Service Cloud. During this period, he was responsible for driving enterprise-wide sales initiatives, managing existing strategic accounts, and acquiring new enterprise logos, with a strong focus on customer retention and long-term value creation.
Before Salesforce, he served as Key Account Lead at Resulticks, where he focused on building and scaling enterprise customer portfolios, driving revenue growth, and expanding the company’s presence among large organizations.
Earlier in his career, Shabarish held client-facing and business development roles at Oracle, SAP, Dow Jones Consulting India, Wipro, and Tata Technologies, working across customer experience platforms, enterprise applications, cloud solutions, and large-scale digital transformation initiatives for enterprise clients.
Shabarish Nair holds a PGDM in Marketing & Finance from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, which has supported his strong foundation in enterprise sales, customer strategy, and business development.
