Boston, Massachusetts, United States, July 2024 – The Vertex Companies LLC is excited to announce the appointment of Shae Crawford as the new Chief Human Resources Officer. Shae brings a wealth of experience in strategic HR leadership and change management to Vertex, aiming to drive organizational growth and employee engagement.
Shae Crawford joins The Vertex Companies LLC with an impressive background in human resources leadership. Prior to this role, Shae served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Nordic Global for approximately 2 years. During this tenure, Shae managed employee relations, change management, and other HR functions, contributing significantly to the organization’s success.
Before Nordic Global, Shae was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Berkeley Research Group LLC for about 3.5 years. In this role, Shae provided HR leadership to over 1,400 employees globally, managing various functions such as employee benefits, total rewards, performance management, compensation, recruiting, diversity and inclusion, training, HRIS, administration, organizational change, and compliance.
Earlier, Shae held the position of VP, International HR at PAE Design and Facility Management for approximately 3 years. Shae led a team of 140+ HR and recruiting professionals, supporting PAE’s global business division with over 15,000 employees. Key responsibilities included managing talent, rewards and recognition, performance, compensation, benefits, learning and development, recruitment, deployment, employee relations, and compliance.
Shae also served as the Human Resources Director at A-T Solutions, now part of PAE, for about 5 years. In this role, Shae managed HR operations and provided support to approximately 850 employees, both domestically and internationally. Shae designed and administered HR policies and programs for core HR functional areas and successfully resolved numerous high-profile investigations, resulting in 0% litigation over the course of 5 years.
