Malaysia, July 2024 – Shahrizal Mohd Suffian has started a new position as Executive Director, Strategic Human Capital Management at Khazanah Nasional Berhad. Shahrizal brings extensive experience in human capital management and strategic execution to this role.
Shahrizal Mohd Suffian was previously the Executive Director I Partner at Deloitte for over two years, where he managed key client portfolios and delivered strategic human capital solutions in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Before joining Deloitte, Shahrizal served as a Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry Indonesia for one year, focusing on human capital transformation and talent management in Jakarta, Indonesia.
His extensive career at Korn Ferry spanned nearly five years, during which he held roles such as Senior Client Partner and Director, specializing in strategic talent management and human capital initiatives for major organizations in Malaysia and globally.
Shahrizal also led the Group Leadership and Capability Development at PETRONAS for over a year, where he played a key role in leadership development and capability building.
Earlier, he was a Director at Hay Group, where he was involved in strategic execution and human capital transformation projects for various high-profile clients, including government entities and multinational corporations.
He also held senior HR roles at AmBank Group and Securities Commission, where he developed and implemented comprehensive talent management and succession planning initiatives.
Shahrizal began his career at Maybank Berhad, progressing through various HR functions and contributing significantly to the development and implementation of the bank’s succession management and SAP HR Management System.
