Pune, Maharashtra, India, March 2025 – Mohit Sharma has been appointed as Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) at EKA Mobility, a leading commercial EV OEM. In this role, he will lead people-centric policies, foster a high-performance culture, and drive employee satisfaction, supporting the company’s rapid growth in the electric mobility sector. His expertise in talent management, organizational development, and HR strategy will be instrumental in shaping EKA Mobility’s workforce for the future.
Sharma brings over two decades of HR leadership experience across Whirlpool Corporation, VVF Group, and Parle Agro Pvt Ltd. Most recently, as Vice President, Human Resources at Parle Agro, he led HR and Industrial Relations strategies, optimizing workforce engagement and business transformation.
Before that, he served as Global CHRO at VVF Group for over 11 years, where he revamped HR strategy, built leadership development frameworks, and implemented performance-based rewards systems across India, Dubai, Singapore, Poland, and the USA.
Earlier in his career, he held senior HR roles at Force Motors, Whirlpool Corporation, and Dabur India Limited, contributing to organizational transformation, leadership development, and industrial relations. With his vast expertise in HR strategy, talent acquisition, and performance management, Sharma’s appointment underscores EKA Mobility’s commitment to building a world-class workforce and fostering an inclusive workplace.
