Chandigarh, India, June 2025 – Shail Parashar has started a new position as Vice President Human Resources at TxMinds, a specialized division of TestingXperts. In this role, Shail will be responsible for leading the HR strategy and operations at TxMinds, contributing to the company’s mission of reshaping digital engineering and AI-driven solutions for global enterprises.
Shail brings over two decades of rich experience in human resources management. Prior to joining TxMinds, Shail held progressive leadership roles at TestingXperts for more than twelve years, including serving as Vice President Human Resources, Director HR, Associate Director HR, and Senior Manager HR. Shail’s journey at TestingXperts has been marked by expertise in recruitment, performance appraisal, corporate communication, organization development, employee engagement, compensation, and recognition.
Before joining TestingXperts, Shail was Senior Manager HR at Damco Solutions Limited, where the focus was on recruitment, performance appraisal, corporate communication, organization development, and employee engagement. Shail also held HR leadership positions at NY Softech Solutions Pvt Ltd and Miracle Technologies IT, managing core HR functions and leading several initiatives to improve employee experience.
Earlier in Shail’s career, there were key contributions at Vardhman Textiles as Senior Executive HR, JCBL LTD as HR Executive, and Radius Power as HR Manager, where Shail managed end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, performance management, training, employee data management, and administration.
Shail holds an MBA in HR from Punjab Technical University.
