Washington DC-Baltimore Area, United States, July 2025 — Shanda Shinaut has been promoted to Vice President, Talent Mobility at ibex, taking on an elevated leadership role to drive global talent mobility initiatives across the organization. In this strategic capacity, Shanda will continue shaping and expanding ibex’s approach to talent strategy, employee mobility, and workforce transformation across its global operations.
Shanda has been a cornerstone of ibex’s talent mobility strategy for over eight years, most recently serving as Senior Director, Global Talent Mobility at ibex Connect. In this role, she led talent development and mobility programs, driving initiatives that enabled cross-border movement, internal growth, and retention across global teams. Her tenure also includes a prior position as Director, Talent Mobility, where she helped build the mobility function from the ground up.
Before joining ibex, Shanda spent over eight years at AppleOne Employment Services as Division Manager, where she led executive search and national account recruitment efforts across key industries. Her leadership helped deliver consistent results in talent acquisition and client success.
Earlier in her career, Shanda worked at Vladimir Jones as an Insight Planner, conducting qualitative and quantitative research to support brand strategy and communications. This early foundation in insights and data continues to inform her talent philosophy today—focused on data-driven strategies and people-first transformation.
