Previously, Shane was the Payroll Operations Manager at Nationwide, overseeing payroll operations and ensuring efficiency across payroll processing. His role included leading the payroll team and implementing process improvements that strengthened payroll systems and data integrity.
Before his managerial role in payroll, Shane held the position of Payroll Manager/Consultant, Payroll Lead, where he led initiatives that streamlined payroll workflows, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. His strong analytical and leadership skills were pivotal in optimizing payroll processes.
Shane began his journey at Nationwide as a Specialist in Data Analytics, then progressed to Senior Business Analyst. In these roles, he utilized his data-driven approach to provide insights into HR analytics, furthering data-based decision-making across the HR department.
