Auburn Hills, Michigan,United States, October 2024 – Shannon Dziuda has been appointed as the new Vice President of Talent and Employee Experience at Stellantis. In this role, Shannon will focus on driving end-to-end recruitment, employee development, learning, and workforce planning for Stellantis’ North American operations, working closely with leadership to empower the company’s most important asset: its people.
Career Journey: Shannon brings over 8 years of experience at Stellantis, where she has held multiple leadership roles. Prior to her promotion, she served as the Director of HR, where she led the North America Human Resources and Transformation team. During her 2-year tenure in this role, she spearheaded significant projects such as launching HR Complex Structures and improving diversity in leadership by 9%.
Before becoming Director, Shannon was the Manager of Talent Strategy and Integration for 9 months, where she developed multi-year strategies focused on talent retention, acquisition, and upskilling, driving significant cost savings and improving recruitment processes.
Earlier in her career, Shannon held various HR roles including Lead of HR Special Projects, where she led initiatives to improve absenteeism in manufacturing plants and managed post-pandemic return-to-work strategies. She also served as HR Partner for Mopar Parts & Service, where she aligned succession planning, talent management, and performance strategies to business needs.
