In her previous role as Manager, People Insights at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, Shannon spent over three years steering key initiatives around workforce analytics and performance dashboards. Before that, Shannon served as Lead, HR Insights, where she led a team responsible for HR metrics, dashboards, and predictive modeling. Her earlier tenure as Senior Analyst and Analyst, HR Technology Metrics saw her playing a pivotal role in reporting automation and supporting the successful implementation of Workday across the organization.

Prior to joining NewYork-Presbyterian, Shannon gained foundational HR experience in roles such as HR Coordinator at Goodwill Industries, HR Assistant at MACS LLC, and Administrative Assistant at Robinson Lawn Care, where she supported recruitment, data management, and employee relations across varied industries.
