Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, January 2025 – Shantanu Dhar has been named the Head of Human Resources and Administration at BoxcoWorld, where he will oversee HR strategies, talent acquisition, and administration, ensuring seamless alignment with the organization’s dynamic and global logistics operations. Shantanu’s extensive experience in HR leadership across diverse industries makes him a valuable asset to BoxcoWorld as it continues to enhance its supply chain solutions worldwide.
Before joining BoxcoWorld, Shantanu served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Hindustan Powerprojects Private Limited, where he led comprehensive HR functions, including organizational development, talent acquisition, corporate HR, and industrial relations. Over three and a half years, he was instrumental in shaping the company’s HR strategies and driving workforce alignment.
Previously, Shantanu held the role of Executive Director, Human Resources Services at Worc Consultancy Pvt Ltd, where he provided integrated HR solutions, including outsourcing, customized training programs, and competency management for Fortune 100 companies.
His career also includes a significant stint as Group Head of Human Resources at both Astarc Group and JM Baxi Group, where he played a pivotal role in HR transformations, handling union negotiations, and managing greenfield and turnaround projects.
Earlier, as CHRO at Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited, Shantanu introduced innovative HR strategies, signed landmark agreements, and oversaw a successful plant relocation with zero unrest. His leadership was also evident at Dalmia Bharat Limited, where he established the organization’s first effectiveness function and spearheaded leadership development initiatives.
