India, July 2024 – Shaon Sengupta has been appointed as the Country Leader, at Kyndryl Vital India , bringing her extensive expertise in design leadership and transformation to the role.

Shaon Sengupta joins Kyndryl after an impressive tenure at Philips, where she spent over 11 years in various leadership roles. Most recently, she served as the Design Leader – Cocreation & Customer Engagement for International Markets for around 11 months. In this role, she focused on driving customer engagement and collaborative design initiatives.
Prior to this, she was the Studio Director & UX Experience Director at Philips Experience Design Bangalore for nearly 3 years. During this period, she led the design studio and directed UX projects, enhancing user experiences across various healthcare solutions.
Shaon also held the position of Associate Design Director for about 2 years and 4 months, where she oversaw design strategies and innovation projects. Earlier in her career at Philips, she was the Design Team Lead UX, leading a team of designers working on health informatics, design language systems, and strategic innovation for around 2 years and 4 months.
Her career at Philips began as an Art Director UX, a role she held for approximately 3 years and 9 months, during which she worked on-site in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
