Greater Chicago Area, United States, May 2025 – Shara Meisinger has joined Prinova Global as Vice President Global Human Resources, bringing with her over two decades of transformative HR leadership experience across the consumer goods, biotech, and sports industries. In her new role, she will lead global HR strategy and operations, supporting Prinova’s continued growth and expansion across its worldwide manufacturing and supply chain networks.
Before joining Prinova, Shara served as Vice President Human Resources at the Chicago Blackhawks, where she played a key role in transforming the culture and structure of a $300M multi-entity sports organization. Her leadership led to significant operational efficiencies, a revamped performance management framework, acquisition integration, and a dramatic uplift in cross-functional collaboration and employee engagement.
Prior to that, Shara was Vice President Human Resources at Glanbia Performance Nutrition, where she aligned HR initiatives with the business transformation of a $1.2B consumer products division. Her accomplishments included restructuring the commercial function, optimizing talent acquisition, and implementing diversity and inclusion strategies that significantly reduced turnover and enhanced engagement.
Earlier in her career, she held global HR leadership positions at Filtration Group, Shire, and MillerCoors, managing M&A integrations, high-potential leadership programs, organizational restructuring, and talent development strategies. Shara also spent over 14 years at PepsiCo, where she held progressively senior HR roles and led people strategies during critical acquisitions and organizational transitions.
