Elk Grove Village, Illinois, United States, July 2024 – Tania Luna has started a new position as Director, Human Resources & Facilities at MC Machinery Systems Inc. Tania brings a wealth of experience in human resources and facilities management to her new role.
Tania Luna was previously the Director of Human Resources at Senior Flexonics for eight months, where she managed HR operations in Bartlett, Illinois, and Saltillo, Mexico, and was known for her ability to reduce costs and improve processes.
Before that, she served as the Head of Human Resources at Lake Book Manufacturing, Grafica Veneta for nearly two years. She reported directly to the CEO and successfully developed and implemented various HR programs, including compensation, employee engagement, and recruitment.
Tania also worked as a Human Resources Development Consultant in the Greater Chicago Area for nine months, where she facilitated HR planning, leadership development, and organizational development.
Prior to that, she was the Director of Human Resources Business Partner at Union Tank Car Company – UTLX for almost three years, where she was responsible for meeting operational and strategic HR needs for twelve business units.
She held the role of Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Director Role) at ARYZTA for over two years, where she administered compensation programs, employee engagement, and talent management.
Earlier in her career, Tania worked as a Human Resources Manager at Newly Weds Foods for nearly six years and at Illinois Tool Works (ITW) for ten years, where she specialized in diversified manufacturing and was recognized for innovative process improvements.
